XS Espresso - Cafe

Just recently, I had some devilish cravings for chocolate and decided to drive over to XS Espresso.

This place is definitely for the sweet-toothers. Their shakes are absolutely full of sugary goodness with their ultimate dessert being the XS Chockebab.

Their entire menu also includes juices, shakes, beverages, pizzas, burgers and a selection of ‘brunch’ items. Having tried their Chockebab and Chockebab snack pack, I can easily say that they both had an intense amount of chocolate. Essentially, the snack pack is waffles with chocolate sauce and the kebab being a crepe. However, the thing that makes them like kebabs is that it actually has chocolate slices, imitating the meat slices from actual kebabs (if you look closely at the pictures below you will see them).

My friend bought the volcano, which is another one of their crazy inventions. This is a shake with Nutella, coconut, oreo, and icecream with a chocolate soufflé on top. I usually eat the soufflé separate, but my friend decided to break a hole in the middle of it so that the chocolate goo inside would fall into the shake *heavy breathing*. My drink was a mocha with hazelnut syrup added. The coffee tasted great and the syrup was strong but not overpowering.   

The interior styling of the café had a lot of character. One side had white cupboards with various items inside such as rotary dial phone, mona lisa copy and a shisha. The chairs were the same but some were black and some were gold. There were plants hanging off the brick walls and on the kitchen front shelving, which also had various drinks displayed. Displayed at the counter was a selection of their toppings and finger food desserts.
